Who are you?

Both Nintendo and Sony insist that the PSP are targeted towards different demographics. (Sony insists it more) Sony says the PSP is targeted to older gamers. I 100% disagree. The DS and PSP are targeted to different people, but its got nothing to do with age. The PSP is targeted to hardcore gamers that I will call group A. The DS is for type B hardcore gamers. Type A gamers are into advancing graphics and sound. They don't care if they played all their games on the PlayStation. They just care about updated graphics/sound. On the other hand, Type B gamers like new technology and ideas. They love the whole new touch screen idea and the dual screens. They dream about new ways to use the touch screen (Just Kidding!) [NOTE: Type B gamers don't mind sequels & ports, they just prefer new experiences] The bad part about all of this is few people notice this. The good part is each gamer (or most) get a handheld that is tailored to their gaming preferences.
