Adventures of Goombario - Issue 9

Explanation: Baron K. Roolenstein retired from attacking
the Kong Family around the late 90's. After that, he turned good and
moved to a large estate at the top of a tall tree. Hence the name Tree
Top City. It's named solely because a very famous person lived there,
and built a city around it.
