I don't ever sleep with my street clothes on unless I accidentally fall asleep.  Otherwise it's a mix of any of the other options depending on how hard it is for me to get to sleep because of my insomnia.  For some reason when I'm struggling with insomnia the less clothes I wear the easier it is to sleep.

I sleep in a pair of shorts normally. I have a sleeping bag instead of a comforter, so it's extremely warm. Anything more is too hot for me.
