I'm not sure. I haven't seen any Revolution Logo. I would like too. Only seen the XBox 360 and PS3 Logos.

I think Revolution is a cool name. They should stick to it because that is the name everyone is getting used to. It's original code name was N5, because it's the 5th Nintendo System. (Not like you wouldn't have figured that out Tongue )

You can't judge if the system is even kind of revolutionary until they release the controller and game footage.
And already, A system that plays games from 4 other systems, and has 221 free games. And a system that gives free multiplayer, instead of charging like Sony and Microsoft. That seems a bit revolutionary and new to me.

no......the first mario game was revolutionary.....

Not making free online play and free SNES games....thats just new and really cool...
Nintendo in my opinion are just freindly..they seem to stay true to there fans but i think they gotta change....
And it also seems that nintendo NEVER releases alot of stuff until like there about to actuely ship the thing...
they always do that...E3 they show the thing but never go further then that..maybe sho w a game or two but thats it...then all the fans get all excited and like freak when they do show stuff....
so yea i guess i cant say it wont be revoltuonary cuz they never reveal anything till the end.....~sigh~ but from what i see in the GC i doudt that it will change the way i play games..........

exactly...i hope they keep the same name but i really dc

the xbox 360 graphics look good. i saw some shots of 'em at this e3 thing on tv. I just hope they all do good and ppl can stop criticizing each other over such a small thing as videogames when there's other stuff u can blow hot air over. Tongue

The XBOx 360 has a VERY creative name by the way. Roll Eyes

Anyways, Nexus sounds cool, Nitro sounds like a wrestling show, and Revolution sounds cool. Any three would be cool.

You know, the NES's early name was the AVS (Advanced Video System).

And they were going to called the N64 the Ultra Nintendo Entertainment System.
But "UNES" was already copyrighted. Just think, if it would have been UNES, then maybe they would have stuck with naming their systems that way and the Gamecube would be like the Incredible Nintendo Entertainment System. And the Revolution's new name could be The Revolutionary Nintendo Entertainment System.

Weird stuff. Regardless of what it's called, the Revolution sounds like an awesome console to buy though.

Since the controller is out, maybe people have new ideas for a name. Does anyone? What do you think the Revolution should be called? I still think it should be called Revolution.

I don't like "revolution" that much.

I think it should be called something like Ultra Nintendo. I think "Ultra Nintend" was the Nintendo 64's code name. What about Nintendo Nitro. Grin
