Here are the rules for the forum, nothing out of the ordinary.

1.   No Spamming. If you do not know what spamming is, or what qualifies as it, please refer to the guide here.
2.   No Flamming, this means no insulting or harassing other members.
3.   Do not post or discuss anything illegal or inappropriate for the forum. This includes ROMS.
4.   When posting a new topic, post it in the correct category. If you do not know what category to post it into to, then ask a mod/toad.
5.   Post relevantly, or on topic.
6.   Try to give your full input or add to the topic’s conversation, instead of just saying ‘I agree.’
7.   Try to stay on topic, or close to the topic’s general point.
8.   When posting a new topic, make sure there isn’t one like the one you would like to post.
9.   Don’t advertise. If you would like to, there is a topic. Also, you can use your signature/profile information to do so.
10.   Don’t create multiple accounts. The admins/toads will be able to find out very easily.
11.   Please read through the other topics on this board.
12.   Have fun.
13.  Please keep in mind that this is a Nintendo Forum, therefore a portion of members will be between 11-14. Make sure that what you are saying is not too inappropriate for the age group. On that point, you are allowed to talk about other video games non-Nintendo.

Don't fight with other members if they disagree with you about something, such as a game. Feel free to debate the game, but stick to facts, not personal insults.

An example:
Someone says "Double Dash is way better than Mario Kart 64"

A Bad Response: "Your an idiot, Mario Kart 64 was way better, you suck."

A Good Response: "Well, I think Mario Kart 64 is way better, it's battle mod arenas were bigger, and better designed, every loves the Block Forts."

And the topic can debate from there.

Usage of proper spelling and grammar isn't a rule, but it's annoying if you use improper spelling or grammar. What's the point of typing if no one can understand you?

Now, this topic will be locked, and only the Mods/Toads/Admins can be able to reply and add rules.
The Admins are:
Tradedemon
Amatatomba

The Toads are:
Prince Peasley
Sakon
Clide

The Mods are:
MattC13
Falcon Seph
LuigiGirl

Rules update:

This was already added to the old rules but we forgot to add it to the new rules topic.

All useless one word posts and spam posts that are randomly in a topic with no purpose whatsoever will be deleted without notice.

If a topic of yours is deleted, you will still be informed and told why, but there have been too many useless posts to PM you about them. If a post of yours is missing and all it said was a random "Ummm....OK," "Cool," "Holy S***," or something to that effect then you should know why it was deleted.

Also wanna mention:

So that the intro board is not full of spam, you cannot post in an intro topic after two weeks unless there is some kind of exception. If there is an exception you will know when you see it.

I also want to mention that topic bumping is not a bad thing. As long as you make a good post and the post is not spam, you can post in any topic. Also, if you feel like a topic has been locked or edited unfairly, contact a staff member or toad. It doesn't have to be the same person who locked the topic, it can be any mod or toad. DO NOT start a fight over a locked topic, just calmly explain why you think it should be unlocked.
