Duck Hunt, the game that shot the Zapper Gun into fame.
Along with being coupled with SMB and the NES Console didn't hurt.
Duck Hunt is a fun, simple Zapper game. There are 3 modes:
Mode 1:
Mode one has the same screen the whole game. It is some dirt and
grass at the bottom, and a tree on one side and a bush on the
other.
Then a duck will start randomly flying on the screen. You then
have to simply shoot the duck. You have a limited time though, and
only 3 bullets to do so.
At the end of each round you have a quota, an amount of ducks you
had to shoot to move on to the next round.
The rounds start to get harder by having the ducks go faster.
Mode 2:
Exactly like Mode 1, except there are two ducks on screen, and you
still have to do it with only 3 bullets.
Mode 3:
I guess Nintendo got bored with the ducks, and thought the game
needed something else. In this game you have a view of a hill.
Clay Pigeons are shot up and you have to shoot them. You get three
bullets each time. Unlike Mode 1 and 2, the Clay Pigeons will move
farther and farther away, getting smaller, and smaller. So you
better shoot 'em fast! The principle of having a quota of them to
shoot every round is the same.
Duck Hunt is a very classic, fun zapper game. If you want a zapper
game, and you haven't played this. . . .then I am surprised, you
should go out and get this game. |
