Ice Climber is a classic going-up platformer.
There are 32 mountain stages in Ice Climber and each one gets
harder then the last. In each stage you try and get to the top,
but this is not as easy as it may sound. You have to jump to the
platform above you, but first you will have to chip away at ice
below the above platform. You chip away at it with a mallet, you
can also use your mallet to hit many different enemies which will
be coming after you. The platforms can also be very icy and that
makes 'em slippery and hard to move on. You will sometimes have to
jump to a cloud to get to the platform above.
There is also a 2 player mode. Where you and another Ice Climber
try and make your way to the top at the same time.
Ice Climber is a classic fun Nintendo game. You jump up and up,
and avoid enemies, while chipping ice blocks and walking on a
slippery surface. |
