   Description/Information:

NES Open, the true first Mario Golf.

Well, Mario was in many games on the NES too. Here is where you can play as Mario and friends.
You can play in U.S., U.K., and Japan courses.
You then golf, with 1 or two players.
You first see an overhead view of the course, complete with sand and water traps. You then can set up the angle of the shot and your club.
You then get a nice 3-D sort of looking view of your player.
You do the classic power meter, where you press it once, and then again.
Your player hits the ball, and you hope it's near the hole.

There are Stroke, Match, and Tournament modes. The game even has a battery to save your game!

If you want a Golf Game for the NES. Get this one, it has great features and gameplay, and looks pretty darn good for a NES Golf game.
