And now for information on the Lost Levels.
The Lost Levels was made after SMB1 for the NES. It was very
similar in gameplay and look to the first. But with some new type
of tweaks.
Nintendo then released this as Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan. They
then thought the rest of the world would not like this game, that
it was too similar to the first, and people would be bored. So
they bought a game titled Doki Doki Panic.
This game was almost exactly as the SMB2 we know today, except
with different characters.
Well, back to the Lost Levels.
Lost Levels plays very similar to SMB. You run and jump. Avoid
enemies and obstacles. But it has a poison mushroom that will kill
you, Mario and Luigi Play different, and there is a bit more of a
puzzle element to it.
If you liked SMB1, you should like Lost Levels. |
