  Game Name:
Animal Crossing
System:
Gamecube
Genre:
A Genre of its own./Simulation
Players:
1-4 Alternating
Developer:
Nintendo
Publisher:
Nintendo
Release Date:
Japan: December 14th, 2001
United States: September 16th, 2002
Europe: September 24th, 2004

Introduction:

It's time for another review. This time it's Animal Crossing. The great Role Play game of where your a human living in an animal's world!

Story:

The story is slow, but as you get into it, it gets better. You start out with moving into a town, where you buy a house, but don't have enough bells(AC money). You work at the town store(Nook's Cranny) where you work off about 1000 bells, then your set free. The storyline can continue if you pay your debt back.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is pretty good. It gets easy after a while. The town is divided into Acres A-F, and 1-5. There is a Dump, Post Office, Store and Train Station in the A acres. In other acres there's cliff area going 1-5 with two ramps, a river going A-F with two bridges. B-3 is where you and 3 friends live, there's also a Lake, Police Station, Museum. And the F areas are the beach area with a dock and the pattern maker shop.

The population can go up to 15. When it gets there a new bridge will be built.

Also, many items work wonders. From the Mouth of Truth to the Pitfall. Also, you can shake trees to get 3 different outcomes, Money or Items, Fruit, or a Bee Hive!

I give the gameplay: 9/10

Graphics:

The graphics are okay. There not AMAZING and there not crap. There in between. You can at least see the 3-D.

I give the graphics: 7/10

Sound:

Music and Sound is hard for this. Every hour, a background song will play, the town melody board will

-Play at every hour
-Play on instruments
-When you speak to somebody, it'll play

I give the sound: 8/10

Replayability:

This isn't needed. The game never ends. It's good cause even if it gets boring, it will ALWAYS come back as fun!

I give the replayability: 10/10

Challenge:

The challenge is not hard. It's easy in some ways. The only challenging things are if you stay up til 12am, a ghost will appear, and you gotta find 5 sprits before 4am! Fishing is hard. It's possibly the challenge of the game.

Getting Pitfalls is not too hard. Anything else is pretty easy.

I give the challenge: 5/10

Frustration:

Same as challenge, getting frustrated is almost impossible. Except for fishing. Fishing is pretty hard. I also hate w...no wait, that's another game, sry.

I give the challenge: 2/10

Value:

This game is golden! It's pretty worth to get. Not much to say.

I give the value: 9/10

Overall:

I love this game. This is where I state. Now, I rate it out of 10 still. I'll ignore
Value, add everything together and minus Frustrations. So that's doubled and to the total score below.

Anyway, this game is worth your money.

*The outcome is lower than I think so I added some more points to what I think!

I give Animal Crossing: 8.4/10

Conclusion:

Buy it or die. It's a great game. So around and look over another game like this. Also, if you have a DS, buy AC: WW. Wait till next time!
