Game Name: Luigi's Mansion
System: Gamecube
Genre: Adventure
Developer/Publisher: Nintendo
Release Date: November 18th, 2001
Players: 1
Memory Blocks: 3 |
Introduction:
hey...uh...guys and ghosts of all ages! (Hah..ghosts. That cracks
me up.) I'm doing this review for one of the best games I've ever
played...LUIGI'S MANSION!
Story:
Luigi wins a mansion, Mario goes to the mansion before Luigi
and...gets trapped in a portrait by the villain in this game...King
Boo...(KING BOO!?!?)
Gameplay:
The gameplay is cool...Professor E. Gadd (E states Elvin) lets you
borrow his "POLTERGEIST 3000" To suck up the ghosts that have a bone
to pick with Luigi.
I give the gameplay: 9.5/10
Graphics:
The graphics...are totally awesome! The ghosts look transparent,
and the dust you kick up off the floor looks real...it's like you're
in the game!
I give the graphics: 9.5/10
Sound:
The main music...the mansion theme (And Luigi's whistle) will make
you hum with him in a couple of hours.
I give the sound: 8/10
Replayability:
The replayability is pretty neat...although, when you
open the hidden mansion...it's the exact same as the first...although
a few differences to boot!
I give the replayability: 7.5/10
Challenge:
The challenge...the most basic part of the game. Suck up the ghosts
(and portrait ghosts) to make you're way to find Mario. Eventually,
you'll find out where King Boo is keeping him hostage...
I give the challenge: 7.5/10
Value:
The value...I bought it for $19.99 (What a deal!) And it was worth
it...I couldn't get off it because of the sound, graphics, and the
story, the story was interesting.
I give the value: 8.5/10
Overall:
This game is awesome! If you haven't bought it yet, speed out of
your house, like Biff Atlas, and get yours today!
I give Luigi's Mansion: 9.5/10
Conclusion:
this game is awestriking...of course if King Boo finds me here I'll
be doomed! So get your copy today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S: Don't forget
to read my stories in the stories section! (The
Return of King Boo,
Journey through Luigi's Mansion, and
The Best and Worst Days.)
