  Game Name: Super Mario World
System: Super Nintendo
Genre: Action
Developer/Publisher: Nintendo
Release Date: 1991
Players: 2 Alternating

Introduction:

Hello, everybody. I'm Crate Guy and I recently wrote a review for Super Mario World. Read on if you want to see the review.

Story:

Well, if you have been playing the Super Mario Bros. series, then you'll probably know that Princess Peach is kidnapped once again.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is like the Super Mario Bros. games. They also added new moves such as the spin jump. You can also throw Koopa shells after stomping on the Koopas.  In addition to that, you can also ride on Yoshi.

I give the gameplay: 10/10

Graphics:

The graphics were nice. The only thing I didn't like was how the Princess looked when she was in Bowser's Koopa Clown Car calling for help.

I give the graphics: 9/10

Sound:

The music in Super Mario World is unforgettable. I like the Forest of Illusion music. You can also hear the background music easily. I liked that if you ride Yoshi, more sound gets added to the music.

I give the sound: 10/10

Replayability:

You can play all 96 courses as much as you want. Not only that, but if you find a key in Star Road, you'll unlock 8 courses. If you beat the 8 courses, then you'll go to the Super World. It is like the same world Mario was in, but the land is colored differently. It's also a bit more difficult. Be sure to look out in one of the 8 courses for a large group of coins spelling YOU ARE A SUPER PLAYER!

I give the replayability: 10/10

Challenge:

It is challenging! Especially when you get to Choco Island. Getting all 96 courses is extremely difficult too! I had to go back to Donut Plains to get Feathers.

I give the challenge: 11/10

Frustration:

The game isn't frustrating, only challenging.

Value:

This game is worth playing! The game is harder than any game in The Legend of Zelda series in my opinion. If you want a good challenge, and have an SNES, go buy this game! The game was worth less than $15 when I bought it in 2004.

I give the value: 1010

Overall:

Overall, the game is fantastic! It is one of the most challenging games I've played! My cousins had a hard time getting through some of the courses. Super Mario World is a game that keeps you busy for many hours. It is also one of the best games that ever came out on the SNES. My brother is now in the Super World. Once you enter the Super World you can't go back though.

I give Super Mario World: 6/6

Conclusion:

So that's my review on Super Mario World.  Did you know they released Super Mario World for the GBA? Well then, see you later.
